Change or cancellation of your order

If you wish to change or cancel an order already placed and whose payment has been authorized, you can contact us at 971387883 or at However, as this is a home delivery food service, we cannot guarantee to agree to accept your changes or cancellations, as we may have already started processing your order.

Due to common banking practices, once you have placed an order using a credit or debit card and the payment has been authorized, your bank or card issuer will retain the total amount of your order. If your order is subsequently rejected by the restaurant or cancelled for any other reason, your bank or card issuer will not transfer the payment for the order to us, and instead will release the corresponding amount back into your account.
